The SEEDS Project: Cyber Safety and Security presented by ThinkUKnow

The SEEDS Project - Cyber Safety and Security presentation by ThinkUKnow

The SEEDS Project invites you to attend our next unmissable community event.

What young people say, see and do online?

Presented by ThinKUKnow Australia

When: Wednesday 6 June 2018
Time: 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Where: Victoria Morgan Arts Centre (VMAC)
Cost: $5.00 per person

The presentation will be delivered by a local law enforcement member and will cover issues relating to young people's privacy and security online, their relationships with other users and their online reputation. It provides insight into the devices young people are using, as well as the popular websites, apps and social networking sites they are accessing.

ThinkUKnow Australia is a cyber safety education program that educates parents, carers and teachers about how people are using technology, the challenges they may face online, and how to help them overcome these in a safe and ethical way.

This is a fantastic opportunity for all parents, guardians and teachers to learn more about young people and the online environment, and how we can help them to be safe and responsible users of technology.

We look forward to welcoming all John Wollaston families, friends and community members to this important event.
