Busy time ahead
There are only two more P&F meetings for 2017 and yet so many events to keep us on our toes.

We still have one more Disco for students K-7, a Bunnings Sausage sizzle, an end of year Sundowner, Grandparents’ day, as well as helping out at Praise and Thanksgiving events serving refreshments. A busy end to the year!

Not to mention planning for next years' Welcome Back BBQ event for the whole school community.

If you can help out serving tea and coffee in the kiosk at Grandparents’ Day or at the other events, help cook a sausage at Bunnings or have an idea for next year, PLEASE email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Many hands make light work. Our motto at the P&F is that We are Small but we are Mighty. But even we need help sometimes.

Grandparents’ Day
On Friday 15 September the School will hold its annual Grandparents’ Day. The P&F Committee kindly supply the tea, coffee and biscuits after the assembly. If you can help out in the kiosk please contact me on This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Bunnings Sausage Sizzle
Saturday 16 September is the next date for the P&F sausage sizzle at Bunnings in Harrisdale. If you can help out at all please contact me on This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Under the guidance of our Barbecue King, Mark Del Borrello, we will be there all day so come and say ‘hello’ and grab a yummy sausage or two! We hope to see you there!

Morning Tea – Chalk Café
We know that night time commitments with small children can be hard, that's why the Committee is trying new ways to connect with the school community.

On the first Tuesday of every month during school term time, some of the Committee will be at the Chalk Café to have a cuppa and a chat with anyone who would like to come down and find out what the P&F are doing or talk about some ideas of their own. We are all busy parents just like you and would love to see new faces and hear new voices discussing how we make our terrific school an even better place to be for our children, or just meet a new friend. So drop the kids at class and come on down to the Chalk Café in the Technology Centre.

Chalk Café dates:

  • Tuesday 10 October (Last Chalk Café of the year due to Year 12 finishing)
